The main theme of the spring series is the body, which is understood here in a broader sense. It is not only about the human body, but also about the body of the film, its materiality, its photochemical envelope, and the collective body of film production. This edition of attaque(e)r le visible consists of two parts, Corporal Interventions and theVideofest. The monthly projections Corporal Interventions looks back at the experimental film history of the 60s, 70s, and 80s in Germany. The Videofest, which takes place on two weekends, focuses current tendencies in experimental film and video.

The idea behind it was to set up an event dedicated to experimental film, which challenges conventional social perceptions. attaque(e)r le visible is a place where such films can be presented, viewed, and discussed, where intelligible identities, biologies, sexualities, and body forms can be attacked and analysed.
